Hormone Test Panels

Your hormones may be the reason you still don't feel like yourself.

When energy, mood, sleep, and metabolism are off, advanced hormone testing reveals what's really driving your symptoms. Address the root cause, not just manage them.

WHAT WE TEST FOR

93 markers across 10 hormone categories

The EndoInsight uses dried urine card specimens and LC-MS/MS technology to capture a 360° picture of your endocrine health. It includes the hidden disruptors that standard blood panels never check for.

  Dried urine - 4 cards    LC-MS/MS technology   LC-MS/MS  technology

Measures hormone levels at 4 points throughout the day for a complete picture of daily rhythm. Not just a single snapshot.

FEMALE HORMONES

 16 MARKERS

Estrogens

Goes beyond just measuring estrogen levels and maps how your body metabolizes estrogen through each pathway, which determines whether estrogen supports or disrupts your health.

 Estrone(E1)   Estradiol(E2)   Estriol(E3)

 2-OHEstrone   4-OH Estrone   16-OH Estrone

 +10 metabolities

STRESS RESPONSE

 9 MARKERS

Glucocorticoids + free cortisol

Cortisol is measured at 4 time points (morning, midday, afternoon, and evening) to map your full daily stress rhythm. This reveals whether your adrenals are over or under-responding at specific times of day.

 Free cortisol x4   Total cortisol

 Tetrahydrocortisol   Cortisol/Cortisone ratio

CELLULAR HEALTH

 11 MARKERS

Organic acids

Organic acids reveal how well your cells are producing energy, detoxifying, and balancing neurotransmitters — the metabolic foundation that all hormone function depends on.

 Homovanillate   Vanilmandelate   8-OHdG

 Indican   Quinolinate   +6 markers

FEMALE HORMONES

 9 MARKERS

Progesterone metabolism

Progesterone is the calming counterbalance to estrogen. Low progesterone, or poor metabolism of it, is a common driver of anxiety, sleep issues, and irregular cycles.

 Progesterone   Pregnanediol   Corticosterone

 Allopregnanolone   +5 markers

STRESS RESPONSE

 4 MARKERS

Free cortisone

Cortisone is the inactive form of cortisol. The ratio between the two reveals how your body is converting and recycling cortisol, a key signal of adrenal and metabolic health.

 Morning   Midday   Afternoon   Evening

VITALITY AND DRIVE

 16 MARKERS

Primary androgens

Androgens like DHEA and testosterone affect energy, libido, muscle tone, and mental sharpness in both men and women. This panel measures the full androgen cascade, not just total testosterone.

 DHEA / DHEAS   Testosterone   5a-DHT

 Androstenedione   +6 markers

SLEEP AND CIRCADIAN RHYTHM

 4 MARKERS

Free melatonin

Melatonin is measured throughout the day to assess your circadian rhythm. Disrupted melatonin patterns are linked to poor sleep, hormone imbalance, and immune dysregulation.

 Morning   Midday   Afternoon   Evening

Endocrine disruptors tested right alongside your hormones

Most hormone panels stop at measuring levels. EndoInsight also tests for 11 chemicals and heavy metals known to mimic or block hormones in the body, so you can see not just what your hormones are doing, but what is interfering with them.

BPA (plastics)   PFAS / PFOA / PFOS   Lead   Mercury   Cadmium   Arsenic   Aluminum   Chromium   Nickel

Frequently Asked Questions

Will Dr. Thompson personally review my lab results?

Your lab review is conducted by a certified health coach trained directly in Dr. Thompson's protocols using the exact analytical framework she developed. Dr. Thompson actively oversees coach interpretations and connects directly with all clients through bi-monthly Q&A calls. You are working within her methodology throughout your process. Note: Dr. Thompson does not personally conduct individual lab review sessions.

What if my results come back completely clean?

In our experience, completely clean panels across all four markers are extremely rare given the environmental exposures most people carry. However, if your certified coach cannot identify at least one actionable finding from your results, we offer a complimentary follow-up session at no charge. Clear results are also valuable information, ruling out toxin burden as a contributing factor.

How is this different from what my regular doctor orders?

Standard blood panels screen for disease states using reference ranges that flag only significant abnormalities. Functional lab testing looks at optimal ranges and tests for categories that conventional medicine rarely orders: environmental chemical exposure, heavy metal burden, mycotoxin accumulation, and metabolic efficiency. Many clients who test with us have been told their conventional labs are "normal" for years.

What happens after the lab review? Is there an upsell?

Your coach will recommend a targeted detox protocol based specifically on what your labs show. You are never required to purchase anything further. If you choose to work with us on implementation, we offer detox programs at various levels, but the lab testing and review session stand completely on their own. You can take your results and your protocol summary to any practitioner you choose.

Can I use HSA or FSA funds? Do you accept insurance?

We do not accept health insurance, as our services are wellness-based rather than medical treatment. However, many clients successfully use HSA or FSA accounts. We recommend checking with your plan administrator. We can provide documentation to support your reimbursement request.

What are the shipping restrictions?

Due to state regulations, direct-to-consumer lab kits cannot currently ship to New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, or Puerto Rico. We ship to all other US states.

What is your refund policy?

Once a lab kit is ordered, it is processed and shipped by our lab partner, making full refunds operationally impossible after purchase. All sales are final. We strongly encourage you to review the full terms at checkout and reach out to info@drtorriethompson.com with any questions before purchasing. If you have concerns about whether this testing is right for you, please contact us first.
